About Neha Kudchadkar
Visual artist and Kathak dancer, Neha Kudchadkar has trained under Guru Rajashree Shirke in Kathak and Pandit Murli Manohar Shukla In Hindustani music. She has done advanced training Neha has developed her own style and understanding of the Kathak form through her constant interdisciplinary engagements with space through photography, ceramics, and cultural theory. Neha is a recent award winning post graduate at the Royal college of Art, London.
One of the founders of beej, Neha has been intrinsic in the scripting of beej's philosophy and approach, in her various roles as performer, choreographer, teacher, facilitator, researcher, curator, production manager and administrator. She has co-created beej productions like Let Her Be Born, Khayal Geometries among others. Her choreography based on the sculptures at the Prince of Wales museum interpreted through Kathak has won her appreciation and applause.
